1. Introduction

Test Veda ("we", "us", or "our") is an online education platform providing practice tests, mock exams, and study materials for students preparing for competitive examinations such as JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET. These Terms govern your use of all features, content, and services available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• The Platform is primarily designed for students preparing for JEE, NEET, and other Indian competitive examinations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@testveda.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Test Veda offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid features are accessible only with an active subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details directly.
• Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of the subscribed content. Contact support@testveda.in for refund requests.
• Wallet points earned through referrals, rewards, or promotions are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Copy, scrape, download, or redistribute questions, solutions, or any content from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Cheat during tests, including using external tools, accessing answers during timed exams, or manipulating scores.
• Use the Platform's content for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Upload harmful content, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts other users' experience.

6. Intellectual Property

• All questions, solutions, test content, analytics algorithms, and platform design are the intellectual property of Test Veda or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Your data: Test attempts, performance analytics, and study history belong to you. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Test & Exam Content

• Questions on Test Veda are for practice purposes only. They are designed to help you prepare but are not guaranteed to appear in actual JEE, NEET, or other examinations.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, or solutions are error-free. If you find an error, please report it to help us improve.
• Exam patterns and syllabi are subject to change by the respective examination authorities. Test Veda updates content periodically but cannot guarantee real-time alignment.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Test Veda is not responsible for your performance in actual examinations. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
• Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
