What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, class/stream)
  • Test history and result records
  • Practice activity and question-level responses
  • Analytics data (accuracy, time tracking, behavioral metrics)
  • Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Subscription records
  • Leaderboard entries and batch rankings
  • Page visit and activity tracking data

Important

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your data.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion. Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited.
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Test Veda again.

Data Retention

  • Anonymised aggregate data — we may retain anonymised, non-personally-identifiable statistics (e.g., total questions attempted by all users) for platform improvement.
  • Payment records — transaction records with Razorpay are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (Income Tax Act, 1961).
