Theoretical neq of NaOH formed = neq Cu$= \frac{3.18}{63.8} \times 2 = 0.1$
Actual neq of NaOH formed =$\frac{60 \times 1}{1000} = 0.06$
∴ Percentage yield = $\frac{0.06}{0.1 \times 100} = 60\%$
