by v2 = u2 - 2as
0 = 102 - 2a × 25
a = 2 m/s2 (Retardation)
For ↓ retardation :
T = m(g + a) = 800(10 + 2) = 9600 N

a = 2 m/s2 (Retardation)
For ↓ retardation :
T = m(g + a) = 800(10 + 2) = 9600 N
