NEET Last Month Preparation: 30-Day Week-by-Week Plan

neet

The last 30 days before NEET are not about learning new content — they are about consolidation, accuracy, and confidence. Here is a proven week-by-week plan to maximize your score in the final stretch.

Week 1: Biology Revision Sprint

Day 1-3: Genetics (Mendelian + Molecular Biology). Day 4-5: Human Physiology systems. Day 6-7: Plant Physiology. Approach: Use flashcards and diagrams, not full textbook reading. Review NCERT diagrams — NEET frequently asks about diagrams.

Week 2: Physics and Chemistry Cleanup

Day 8-10: Physics — revise formula sheets for all high-frequency chapters. Solve 30 PYQs per day. Day 11-13: Chemistry — NCERT full rapid revision, focus on reactions and named reactions. Day 14: Full mock test + 4-hour analysis.

Week 3: Full Mock Tests

Mock test every 2 days. After each mock: 4-hour analysis focusing only on wrong Biology questions (highest ROI). Track: Is accuracy improving? Where are marks still leaking? Eliminate time-wasting questions from your strategy.

Week 4: Confidence Building

Day 22-25: Solve your best mock test papers again to build pattern recognition. Day 26-27: Rapid NCERT revision of Ecology and Reproduction (easy marks). Day 28-29: Only formula sheets and diagrams — no heavy reading. Day 30 (day before): Rest, light revision of notes only.

Exam Day Strategy

Start with Biology — it is your highest scoring subject and builds confidence for Physics and Chemistry. In Biology Section B: scan all 15, pick the 10 with highest confidence. Do not rush — 200 minutes for 180 questions is 66 seconds per question. Pace is comfortable if practiced.
