Solution

The liquid will rise up to 80 feet height only if the pressure at that point is less than P0 by an amount ρw.g.h. ie; Pressure at point A should be PA = P0 − ρgh < 0 (As ρgh = 103 × 10 × 80 > 105 (P0)) and it is not possible for us to make the pressure negative.
