As per figure,
R2 = 32 +
∴ centre ≡ (3,4) radius 4
∴equation x2 + y2 - 6x - 8y + 9 = 0 such a circle can lie in all 4 quadrants as shown in figure.
∴ equation can be x2 + y2 6x 8y + 9 = 0
