A ball projected on smooth inclined plane in direction perpendicular to line of greatest slope with velocity of 8 m/ s. Find it’s speed after 1sec .

Solution

After t = 1 sec. the speed increases with a = g sin 37o = 6 m/s2.
∴ vY = g sin 37o × 1 = 6 m/s2
∴ speed = = 10m/s
