Sol. $\because$ Fext = 0 [In horizontal]
$\because$ Ucm = 0
⇒ Scm = 0
⇒ m1s1 + m2s2 + m3s3 + m4s4= 0
Splank = x SB = x
SA= x + 4 SC = x – 4
90(x) + 40 (x + 4) + 50(x) + 60 (x – 4) = 0
24x + 16 – 24 = 0
x = $\frac{8}{24} = \frac{1}{3}$
