$P = + 5D$
$$\frac{1}{f} = 5 \Rightarrow f = 20\text{ }cm$$
⇒ If object is between f & 2f image will be beyond 2f & magnified.
⇒ If object is beyond 2f, image will be between f & 2f & diminished.
Hence reading of $P_{3}$ are incorrect.
