Solution

       
By the theorem of perpendicular axes,
Iz = Ix + Iy or, Iz = 2 Iy
(∴   Ix = Iy by symmetry of the figure)
∴     IEF =         .....(i)
IZ = IAC + IBD = 2IAC
∴ IAC = IBD by symmetry of the figure
IAC =         ......(ii)
From (i)and (ii), we get IEF = IAC
