In dicots, laerge sized vesels are arranged in two ways ring porous (large sized vessels in early wood, eg, Quercus) and diffuse porous (large sied vassels distibuted throughout, eg, Azadirachta). Ring porous vessels are more efficient and advanced as they provide quicker translocation when wter requirement is maximum.
