Ovulation takes place under the influence of LH and FSH. It normally takes place at the end of proliferative ie, 15th day or mid way during menstrual cyce. The LH surge stimulates complrtion of reduction division of oocyte. Followimg ovulation, the Graafian follicle changes to corpus luteum.
