Solution
Ag2S + 2HCl → AgCl ↓ + 2H2S ; HgS is also insoluble in 2N HCl so silver and mercury do not pass into filtrate while ZnS, MnS and FeS dissolve in 2N HCl forming their soluble chlorides and thus pass into filtrate.
