Orbit speed of the satellite around the earth is

Where,
    G = Universal gravitational constant
    M = Mass of the earth
    r = radius of the orbit of the satellite
For satellite A
    rA = 4R , vA = 3V
    va =           ......(i)
For satellite A
rB = R , vB = ?
    vB =           ......(ii)
Dividing equation (ii) by equation (i), we get
∴    
    vB = vA
Substiting the given values, we get
vB = 3V
  vB  = 6V
